If you’re feeling overwhelmed by mental health symptoms stemming from the lasting impact of trauma and/or complex trauma, individual therapy can offer a path toward healing and relief. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the complex layers of mental health struggles, often rooted in early or unresolved trauma. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), and the Safe & Sound Protocol, we’ll gently support your nervous system, process painful experiences, and build greater emotional resilience. You don’t have to carry it all alone—healing is possible, and it starts with feeling safe, seen, and supported.

Family therapy offers a space where everyone can be supported to be better understood and heard. Our goal is to help you strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges together.
For couples, I offer therapy based on the Gottman Method—a proven, research-based, effective approach designed to help partners reconnect, manage conflict, and strengthen emotional bonds. Whether you're working through pain, looking to grow together, or simply want to feel close again, therapy can help you move forward—together.
