Dr. Erin Beattie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL), Qualified Supervisor (FL), educator, and clinical leader with experience across private practice, higher education, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient care. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Florida Atlantic University and serves as adjunct faculty at local universities, where she enjoys mentoring and training future counselors.
Erin works with children & adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, executive functioning concerns, and major life transitions. She provides highly individualized, relationship-centered care tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with warmth, authenticity, and genuine connection, creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. Erin has specialized training in EMDR, attachment-based therapy, family systems, couples therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming care.

About Jennifer Pietrzykowski
Jennifer Pietrzykowski, MS, OTR/L, is a dedicated occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults develop the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Equine Science from Averett University before completing her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Keiser University.
Jennifer specializes in evaluating complex developmental needs and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support meaningful growth and long-term success. Her areas of expertise include executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, adaptive living skills, and social participation.
With a special focus on hippotherapy, Jennifer incorporates the movement and connection of horses into therapeutic interventions to support sensory integration, motor coordination, self-regulation, and confidence-building. She is committed to providing compassionate, strengths-based care that empowers each individual to build on their abilities, overcome challenges, and reach their fullest potential.

Taylor Welty
About Taylor Welty
Taylor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is deeply passionate about helping her patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey. Taylor’s approach is patient and family-centered; she creates treatment plans that are based on the individual needs and preferences of the patient and family. She does not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to psychiatry. Taylor enjoys offering an integrative psychiatry approach, including psychiatric medications, Genomind genetic testing, lab testing for vitamin deficiencies, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle coaching on nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
Taylor obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University with specialized training in psychiatry. She began her nursing career in the emergency department and acute care before transitioning into adolescent mental health, where she found her true passion. Taylor went on to hold progressive leadership roles for five years at Family First Adolescent Services, a residential treatment center specializing in complex trauma, serving as Director of Nursing and later Director of Psychiatric & Health Services. In these roles, she provided clinical oversight and helped guide comprehensive, trauma-informed care for adolescents in Palm Beach Gardens. Taylor is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
